As the tallest structure, Al Hamra Center pierces the Kuwaiti skyline, reaching a height of 412 meters. consists of both commercial offices and high-end retail outlets and restaurants. The tower consists of 80 floors, covering a total area of 240,000 square meters, whereas the commercial center involves a total of 45,000 square meters.
Constructed in the late 80s and inaugurated in 1991, Bayan Palace covers an area of 1,399,500 sqm. The Palace Complex consists of multiple buildings, including administrative Offices, Conference halls, Residential buildings, a Fitness Center, a Mosque & Clinic, a Botanical Garden and Car Garages.
